Practising together
I have been teaching yoga, somatics and movement for eight years. My classes offer an opportunity to reconnect and explore movement as a pathway towards greater awareness, regulation and wellbeing.
My training is steeped in the traditional Hatha tradition, blending elements of Vinyasa Flow and Yin Yoga, and deeply informed by my somatic practice. While I offer guidance and instruction, everything is offered as an invitation to turn towards your inner world, listen to your body and explore movement with curiosity.
Classes are designed to meet you where you are, with opportunities to scale up for more experienced practitioners or scale down if you are newer to the practice. I place an emphasis on alignment while recognising the uniqueness of each body, weaving together breath, movement, stillness and elements of fascial and somatic exploration. My intention is to create a practice that feels both grounding and spacious, leaving you in a more balanced and connected state.
I also offer workshops exploring nervous system regulation, embodied resilience, trauma-informed movement and contemplative practice.
Alongside weekly classes, I offer one-to-one sessions, both in person and online.
If you would like to hear about upcoming classes, workshops or retreats, please get in touch or join my mailing list for more information.
Weekly Classes
In-person & Online @The Vinyasa People

An all-levels practice weaving breath-led movement with thoughtful alignment, including modifications throughout. This class balances gentle flow with moments of stillness and closes with pranayama and meditation, leaving you feeling restored and grounded. All are welcome; come as you are.
Wednesday, Level 2 Vinyasa: 12 - 1 PM
Inspired by the rhythm of traditional vinyasa, this class is designed for students with an established practice who are ready to move with greater continuity and confidence. Expect creative, breath-led sequencing that builds strength, mobility, and focus through a dynamic, flowing practice. We'll move with the shared understanding of common poses and alignment, allowing space to refine technique, explore more challenging transitions, and deepen the connection between breath and movement. Classes may also weave in meditation, philosophy, breathwork, or restorative shapes.
Thursday, Dynamic Flow : 9 - 10:15 AM
A physically invigorating and mentally centering vinyasa practice that emphasises the connection between breath and movement through creative sequencing and traditional asana. Alignment guidance and posture modifications are interwoven throughout, creating an accessible yet dynamic experience. The class may also include meditation, yoga philosophy, and restorative postures, supporting a practice that is both strengthening and grounding.
